14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or someone you appointed, received the goods.

How to withdraw

Open the link to your order — it is in your order confirmation — and press "Withdraw from purchase". Your withdrawal is registered immediately and you receive a confirmation. You may also notify us by email at or use the standard form from the Swedish Consumer Agency.

The button is available on your order page throughout the withdrawal period.

Does the right of withdrawal apply to your unique pieces?

Yes. The garments are unique, but they are not made to your specifications or personalised at your request — we sew them from the textiles we receive, before you order. The exception for custom-made goods therefore does not apply, and you have the full right of withdrawal.

Returns

Send or hand the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You pay the return cost if you post it; handing it back at the school costs nothing. The item must be in essentially unchanged condition — you may handle it as much as needed to assess its properties, just as you would in a shop.

Refunds

We refund the full amount including the original shipping cost no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown they were sent. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used.
