Collect at school

Free of charge. When your order is ready we get in touch and agree a time. Collection takes place during school hours.

Posted to you

Shipping within Sweden costs 49 kr and is free on orders above 500 kr. We normally dispatch within 1–3 school days and delivery then takes 2–5 working days.

Delivery time

We are pupils and pack orders between lessons — so it can take an extra day around exams and holidays. You can always see the current status on your order page.

Uncollected parcels

Parcels that are not collected are returned to us and we charge the actual shipping and return cost. This is not the same as exercising your right of withdrawal — use "Withdraw from purchase" on your order page for that.

Transport damage

Check the parcel on receipt and report visible transport damage to us within 7 days at .
