Data controller

TShift UF, is responsible for processing your data.

What we process

  • Name, email and phone — so we can contact you about your order.
  • Delivery address — only if you chose to have the order posted.
  • Order history and payment status — to perform the contract and handle complaints.
  • Technical cookies for your cart, your language choice and form protection.

We never receive or store your card or bank details. Payment takes place at Stripe, which is an independent controller for that processing.

Legal basis

Processing is necessary to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention

We keep order data for as long as the withdrawal and complaint periods run, and after that for as long as the student company's bookkeeping requires during the school year. When the student company is wound up at the end of the school year, personal data is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object. Contact . You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: cart, language choice and protection against forged forms. They require no consent and are not used for tracking or marketing. We run no analytics and share no data for advertising.
