Our story

We are a UF company — a student-run enterprise operated by pupils for one school year within Ung Företagsamhet, the Swedish junior enterprise programme. The idea came from a simple observation: every graduation, every tournament and every theme day leaves behind piles of t-shirts that are never worn again.

The problem we work on

Making a single cotton t-shirt takes a large amount of water and farmland. Yet many garments are worn only a handful of times before ending up in a box or a bin bag. The material is rarely worn out — it's the print or the fit that made the garment unusable.

What we do

We take in donated t-shirts from classes, clubs and private people. We wash, sort and assess every garment individually. Whole pieces of fabric become new garments or bags; smaller pieces become hair bands or filling; what cannot be used goes to textile recycling.

Why every piece is unique

We start from what we receive, not from a collection decided in advance. No two pieces are ever exactly alike, and once a piece is sold it does not come back. We mend visibly rather than hiding the repair — a mended hole is part of the garment's history.

About student companies

A UF company is a practice enterprise run within the school. We therefore have no Swedish company registration number and are not VAT registered — the Swedish Tax Agency counts student companies as practice activity. As a customer you still have every right under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.
